Description

We are looking for a rental agent to run a existing rental portfolio.

Job Description:

List new properties

Do viewings

Do inspections on Redrabbit

Knows Payprop

Deal with Maintenance

Monthly interim inspections

Send inspections to landlord and tenants

Load listings on Propdata

Communicate with- landlords, tenants and service provider

Credit checks/vetting.

Drawing up of leases and uploading/capturing when signed agreement received

Filing and uploading of all relevant documentation

Assist with general enquiries

Candidates that do not have the relevant rental and management experience will not be considered for the position

Skills

Strong written and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and maintain performance

Service orientated attitude and approven ability to succeed

Reliability

Computer literate - Payprop, Redrabbit, Propdata, Word,Excel

Must have a valid FFC

Must have a valid drivers license

Must reside within Port Elizabeth

Basic,Car,Cellphone,Petrol & Commision

Available Immediately
